What we collect
- Owner account details such as name, email, role, and login/session information.
- Property and product details such as names, descriptions, photos, amenities, pricing, availability, policies, contact information, location, and published-site settings.
- Guest booking details such as guest name, email, phone, itinerary items, booking status, cancellation requests, and lookup codes.
- Payment records needed for reconciliation. Raw card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored by OHNava.
- Support, admin, audit, source-review, and messaging records needed to operate and improve the service.
How we use data
- Operate owner dashboards, website publishing, product setup, booking flows, availability, payments, messages, support, and data exports.
- Send enabled transactional emails and operational notices.
- Track public website and setup funnel activity through HubSpot when tracking is loaded.
- Protect the service from fraud, abuse, security risks, and operational failure.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, dispute, and provider obligations.
Cookies and tracking
- OHNava uses essential cookies for login sessions.
- Public marketing and setup-preview pages may load HubSpot tracking to understand signups and fall-off.
- Payment pages and provider flows may use Stripe or provider-side cookies and scripts as needed for payment processing.
Data ownership and export
- Owners keep ownership of their property, product, website, booking, and operational data.
- Owners may request a data export. Admin export support is available while the owner-facing export path is still being built.
- We retain data as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, support billing/payment records, and protect the platform.
- If an account is terminated, access ends and retained data is handled according to legal and operational requirements.
