OHNava Service Agreement
Effective when an owner creates an account or accepts updated terms.
By clicking Create account, Agree and continue, or a similar acceptance button, you agree to these terms for yourself or the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use OHNava.
-
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you agree to this Service Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and any plan-specific pricing, trial, promotion, or feature limits shown during signup.
-
Services Provided
OHNava provides website, product, booking, payment setup, and owner-dashboard tools for outdoor hospitality businesses. The current MVP includes booking-ready website templates, product setup for stays/rentals/activities/access passes/store items, booking and availability workflows, optional guest email, and admin/support tools.
OHNava is not currently a full PMS replacement and may not replace every external system you use.
-
Fees, Stripe, Trials, and Billing
- The launch hosting plan is $29 per month per property unless a different plan, trial, or promotion is shown during signup.
- OHNava service fee percentages include standard Stripe card processing fees for supported online payments. The current default setup is 5% for lodging/stays and store items, and 10% for rentals, activities, and access passes, including standard Stripe card processing.
- Non-standard Stripe costs such as disputes, refunds, international cards, currency conversion, or account-specific charges may still apply through Stripe.
- Trials or promotions delay or reduce the hosting fee only for the stated period. Platform/service fees on paid bookings may still apply unless the promotion explicitly says otherwise.
- You authorize OHNava and its payment providers to charge approved subscription, platform, and payment-related fees when billing is enabled.
- Failure to pay may result in limited access, suspension, or cancellation after reasonable notice where required.
-
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate business information, secure login credentials, lawful use, staff use, prices, availability, policies, tax/fee settings, cancellation rules, guest-facing descriptions, and confirming you own or are authorized to publish the property, products, images, and content.
-
Data Ownership and Privacy
- You own the business, property, product, website, booking, and operational data you input or authorize OHNava to import.
- OHNava processes owner and guest data to provide the service, support operations, process payments, send enabled messages, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- OHNava does not sell owner or guest data.
- You may request an export of your property data. Admin export support is available while the owner-facing export flow is still being built.
- Guest payment card details are handled by Stripe. OHNava should not store raw card numbers.
-
Intellectual Property
OHNava software, templates, code, workflows, and platform features belong to OHNava. You receive a limited license to use the platform during your subscription. You keep ownership of your business content and licensed media.
-
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future hosting subscription renewals after the current billing period unless a different written agreement applies. Outstanding fees, completed booking fees, chargebacks, refunds, and payment-provider obligations may still be due.
OHNava may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, unlawful activity, security risk, or violation of these terms.
-
Third-Party Services
OHNava may use providers such as Stripe for payments, Twilio SendGrid for email, HubSpot for website analytics and funnel tracking, Google services when configured, and hosting/infrastructure providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to provider terms.
-
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OHNava's total liability is limited to the fees you paid to OHNava in the last 3 months. OHNava is not liable for lost revenue, lost bookings, indirect damages, third-party provider outages, or owner-entered inaccurate content. Services are provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Launch Review
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. This page is the MVP launch text inside OHNava and should receive final attorney/legal review before production launch.
