These are OHNava platform/application fees by product family and include standard Stripe card processing for supported online payments. They may be configured differently for a signed plan, trial, or promotion shown during signup.
Stays
5%For RV sites, tent sites, cabins, rooms, glamping units, and other overnight inventory.
Store items
5%For firewood, ice, merchandise, and simple quantity-based store products.
Rentals, activities, and passes
10%For gear rentals, kayak or bike rentals, tours, activities, access passes, parking, and day-use products.
Included processing
Standard Stripe card processing is included in the listed percentages.
OHNava service fee percentages include standard Stripe card processing fees for supported online payments. Owners connect or create their own Stripe merchant account so Stripe can process guest card payments and route funds according to the connected account setup.

Pricing is part of the standard signup agreement.
Owners review the Service Agreement, Privacy Policy, monthly billing wording, and the current OHNava fee setup before creating an account. The typed signature and acceptance record are stored for the business/property signup path.
